. 2020 - Present Day .

Covid would, as with virtually the whole of the entertainment world, impact The Crew Girls massively, bookings were lost, contacts lost, venues closed, all in all a very sad time for everyone.

However, after the very challenging start to the decade, things did slowly start to return to some form of normality, contacts resurfaced and new contacts formed. We had more visits to join the Smile Production team at the Empire Theatre in Liverpool, including a wonderful Christmas show, a sponsorship tie up with Brose, appearing deep in the Forest of Dean, a visit to Wrexham for a Comic Con and so much more.

Happily this story still has a long way to go, a collaboration which would, initially, be an annual booking, based around their development of the Peace Gardan at the Coventry Canal Basin, it soon developed into something more ground breaking.

BOPA - The British Organisation for people of Asian Origin, would become, and still is, a huge part of our future plans and memories, in a short space of time they have opened so many doors for us, from performing at the Coventry Magic Circle Christmas Party, joining them in Cirencester for a charity Wing Walk, to performing at the inauguration of Miss Coventry 2025, which in turn lead to invites to appear at both the Semi Final and Final of Miss England.

As 2025 draws to a close The Crew Girls are delighted to have been asked to perform at Netball Aid being held at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham.

This look back over our history has given us such a thrill, replaying so many happy memories and remembering the events and people we have met along the way.

Each time this text is read more history will have been made, we are hungry for more... let the memories keep coming.
